Its an origami box design! So if you download it you can print it out and fold it into a box, using these instructions:

Have a go! Folding boxes is fun! The box has some piano music on the inside, so if you gave it to a friend you would be giving them a musical gift! ^_^ On the outside it has charcters from the comic. The box is fairly small, but big enough to put sweets in it
